10/31 Gerod Allums landed a 23 lbs 40" striper while fishing off the Bayonne Bridge using bunker.

10/11 Terry caught a 7.2Lb Black Fish on the Rockaway Wreck

10/8 William McDonnell landed a 17 lb Blackfish while fishing off the east reef in Rockaway using Fiddler Crabs

10/4 Captain Dave reported on Sunday night 18 keepers up to 20lbs for 11 fares- drifting worms in Ambrose Channel

8/22 Jessica Greenwood from Brooklyn, NY was fishing with her proud father down in Lantana, Florida aboard the Lady K, and landed the pool winning King Mackerel weighing in at 30 lbs.

 8/10 Louis A. Denet won the pool on the Captain Dave with a 7.2 lb Fluke using whole squid fishing by Ambrose channel

7/28 Jerry Rahn from Bernie's caught a 10 lb 6 oz Fluke, caught on Bernie's Bucktail Teaser RIg with Gulp, in 42' of water in Raritan Bay.

7/16 Maria Ramona Sidler (6 years old)  landed a 7 lb 13 oz Fluke while fishing with Roman Sidler, they also caught a 4 lb 7 oz Fluke while fishing at the reef with Spro Bucktail and Spearing.

7/14 Andy Petronzi caught a 9 lb Fluke by the Marine Parkway Bride using Squid and Spearing.

7/9 First time Fluke fisherman, 11 year old  Angelo Osofsky landed a 7 lb 6 oz Fluke while fishing near the Marine Parkway Bridge

7/9 Eric DiMarzi caught a 6 1/2' Thesher Shark fishing east of Rockaway Reef on live bunker.

7/9 Michael Giordano and Nick Ruggiero were fishing east of the Rockaway Reef  using live bunker and caught 6 Stripers between 17 lbs - 26 lbs

7/8 Henry Feeney reported the last three days have been great on the Bass front. he landed 8 fish up to 54 lbs all on live bunker.

7/5 Ryan B. from Staten Island reported good striper fishing using Bunker Chunk

7/1 Jim Todd landed a 52 lbs 2 oz Striper while fishing with his son Billy ,they were fishing by  Breezy Point beach using Live Bunker

6/30 David Herzha fished on  the Sea Queen using squid and spearing and landed a 6 lb 13 oz Fluke

6/27 Steve from the Sea Queen reports excellent Striper fishing the last few nights with fish to 30 lbs.  He's been fishing the channel edge and Breezy Point Jetty using Sandworms and eels, also in the mix, have been some large Porgys and blue fish at Nortons Point.  Fluking during the day has been good with some customers able to limit out.  Spearing and Squid as well as bucktails and Gulp have been working the best.

6/26 Capt Dave reported excellent fluke fishing all week long - fishing the CI Flats, largest fish during the week was 8 1/2 lbs

 - Sunday nights striped Bass trip produced 11 shorts and 1 keeper - the boat fished the VZ Bridge.   - 

We've gotten excellent blue fishing reports from 17 fathoms with fishing rinnong to 12 lbs

6/25 Michael G from the shop fished the channel near Staten Island and had Fluke up to 5 lbs and Sunday he fished Offshore at the Chicken Canyon and landed a Mako weighing on at 155 lbs

6/23 Jerry & Brad fished the beaches at Great Kills and limited out o Fluke - the largest one at 26"

6/23  Vinny B from the shop fished the Marine Parkway Bridge and had 6 Fluke keepers and many throwbacks using Spro Bucktails and Gulp sand eels /spearing and squid strips

6/23 The bite is in full swing on Staten Island...Ryan B. has been hitting almost every pond from Bradys down to Longpond and been getting them on jigs, spinnerbaits and swimbaits.  Been hammering them at first light on poppers and jitterbugs...Ryan B Staten Island Anglers 2011

6/22 Joe Gavitt and Wayne Kaiser landed a 30.4 lb and a 30.8 lb striped bass fishing off the Jetty on bunker.

6/5 Paul, Jake and Katie were fishing with their dad in Jamaica Bay and landed a 8 lb 4 oz Fluke.

6/2 Tony Caroleo was fishing with Bunker and landed a 30.6 b Striper.

5/22 Shane McCray caught a 31 lb Striper on Bunker Chunk

5/9 Steve from the Sea Queen reports excellent Striped Bass fishing.  The boat has been averaging about 30 keepers per night with the pool fish going between 15-20 lbs.

5/9 Capt. Dave reports over 30 fish on the last two Striped Bass trips.  The boat has been fishing in the bay with the pool fish averaging about 20 lbs.

5/8 Customer from the Ocean Eagle reported excellent ling fishing.  Most guys are averaging between 1 and 2 bucket fulls.

5/8 Many customers have reported an excellent run of early fluke.  Hot spots have been CI Flats, Sea Wall in Rockaway, Norton's Point and the Marine Pkwy Bridge.  Fish up to 5 lbs have been reported.

5/1 Capt Steve from the Sea Queen reported 60 keeper flounder on the Saturday afternoon trip fishing the Coney Island flats.  Steve reports the bass action has picked up with Thurs. Fri. & Sat nights being good with stripers up to 30" landed.

5/ 1 Capt Dave reported 12 fares on Friday having 35 keeper flounder - 19 fares on Saturday having 50 keeper flounder - Capt. Dave fished Plum Beach.  Best baits were mussel, sandworm and bloodworms.  Dave also reported keeper bass the last few evenings fishing Runway channel in Jamaica Bay.

4/30 Many customers reported fishing Great Kills beach in Staten Island - many limited out with stripers to 20 lbs and bluefish up to 8 lbs.

4/30 & 5/1 Artie fished Romen Shoal using clam belly chum and whole skimmers limiting out on stripers along with many throw backs.

4/30 Abraham & his father fished Sandy Hook using clam belly chum and whole skimmers - limited out on stripers and had many throw backs.
