• WINTER FLOUNDER: 12 inches; 2 fish per day; April 1- May 30
• FLUKE (Summer Flounder): 21 inches: 2 fish per day: May 15 to Sept 6th 
• BLACKFISH: 14 inches;4 FISH PER PERSON; The season will run from October 1 to Dec. 20th and the second half of the season will run from Jan. 17 to April 30th.
• WEAKFISH: 16 inches (10" filleted & 12" dressed); 1 fish per day; all year
• BLUEFISH: 15 fish per day, no more than 10 of which may be less than 12 inches in total length: All year
• SEA BASS: 12.5  inches; 25 fish per day; May 22 - Oct 11 and
• Nov 1  -  Dec 31
• PORGY: 10.5 inches minimum size; 10 fish bag: May 24 - Sept 26, except passengers fishing aboard licensed PARTY/CHARTER BOATS : June 8 - Sept 6 : 10 fish bag: 11-inch minimum size.  40 per person: 11-inch minimum size.
• POLLOCK: 19 inches; no limit; all year
• COD: 22 inches; 10 limit; all year
• STRIPED BASS: all marine waters south of the G.W. bridge:1 fish 28 - 40 inches, And 1 fish greater than 40 Inches: EXCEPT that passengers on PARTY/CHARTER BOATS may possess 2 fish with a min. length of 28 inches. Season of  APRIL 15 - DEC. 15. HUDSON RIVER, NORTH OF THE G.W. BRIDGE - 1 fish per day: 18 inch minimum size: SEASON OF MARCH 16 - NOVEMBER 30.
